Services

Booking and Payment

Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your moving requirements.
Payment: Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be outlined in your contract. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies and any applicable refunds will be detailed in your contract. Generally, cancellations made 25 days before the scheduled move may be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.

Customer Responsibilities

Packing: While we offer packing services, customers are responsible for packing personal and valuable items unless otherwise agreed.
Inventory: Customers should provide an accurate inventory of items to be moved. We are not responsible for items not listed in the inventory.
Accessibility: Customers must ensure that all items are accessible for loading and unloading. Additional charges may apply for items that are not easily accessible.

Liability and Insurance

Damage and Loss: We take every precaution to protect your belongings. However, we are not liable for damage or loss of items that were not properly packed by us, pre-existing damage, or items that were not disclosed in the inventory.
Insurance: We offer basic liability coverage as required by law. Additional insurance coverage can be purchased for an extra fee.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or items prohibited by law. If such items are found, we reserve the right to refuse service, and the customer may be liable for any associated costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to any customer who violates these Terms or engages in unlawful or unethical behavior.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date.
